Meet the support team

To keep everyone fed and as happy as possible, there's also the psuedo "corporate" team.  They're not all out there grazing but they 1000%  believe they run things.

Frances

Deputy CEO

Honestly, the most responsible member of the house crew.  An absolute superstar who loves to be involved in everything and have adventures. She is a brilliant eagle spotter and loves going for walks on her harness to see what's happening outside.

Heddy

Sparrow defence

Heddy loves chillis, almonds and destroying things.  He hates sparrows and starlings with a passion and actively announces their presence so that the human can chase them away from his sight.  He specialises in looking cute and cuddly then biting people.

Kiviuq

Farm dog

Having been headbutted by multiple sheep, Kiv now prefers doing night-time checks after all the sheep are asleep.  He enjoys moonlight walks, sheep free areas and playing tag with the cattle.  He also loves stealing eggs from the chickens and playing with Midnight or any lambs that need to be bottlefed.

Midnight

Surveillance

Randomly appearing in the baby girl paddock, Midnight chose us and joined the team in 2024.  He is often found at a house window monitoring the native hens and complaining loudly about their activities.  He also enjoys night-time walks on his harness to check out what everyone is doing.

Marmalade

Soil Turnover

You could well be wondering how do two galahs fit into the overall plan.  Honestly, the human wonders that as well.  However they do have a knack for spotting eagles and Frances is probably the most responsible house resident.  Working for organic bird food and chillis, they also regularly go for walks outside and keep an eye on things.

Apricot

Soil Turnover

Turning up one day in the baby girl paddock, Midnight chose us and joined the team in 2024.  He takes his responsibilities seriously and is often found at a house window monitoring the native hens and complaining loudly about their activities.  He also enjoys night-time walks on his harness to check out what everyone is up to and ensure that

Eagle

Here for the vibes

Having been headbutted by multiple sheep, Kiv now prefers doing night-time checks after all the sheep are asleep.  He enjoys moonlight walks, sheep free areas and playing tag with the cattle

Banjo

Farm security

Once a mustering horse, Banjo now has a more sedate life and operates as the warning horse. If a horse could shake his head and "tsk" at things, that's what Banjo would be doing most of the time when he sees the cattle or sheep in paddocks that he wants to be in.  He loves going for a good gallop

The human element

Hi, I'm Bec and the jack of all trades who has the honour of getting to spend time with this whole team.  If you're thinking some of the sheep have rather interesting haircuts, that's on me.
